Do you know that 80% of the richest and most successful people have some sort of mediation practice to control their mind and emotions?  I say, if it works for them, why not you?  Not to mention the tons of science proven benefits associated with meditation.  So when you start to feel stress coming on, take a moment and try one of these handpicked guided meditations to bring you back to a present, calm and relaxed state of mind.  Each meditation is short so that you can easily fit it in your busy schedule.  Try to complete one each day as a proactive measure to ward of stress before it even starts, you will soon see the benefits it brings in your daily life!
