Some of my favorite go-to recipes that are on constant rotation on my menu with pictures of the final result. A women's health is so important, but so is her time, so these recipes are something you can meal prep once up-front but last a long time as a go-to in your pantry.
Considering what's going on right now with the worldwide pandemic and all of us being sequestered at home, now more than ever, some healthy eating tips might be just what we all need. It is so important physically, mentally and emotionally that we try to maintain (or create) a healthy diet and not fall into the order-in delivery every day trap.
To help you out (ok, to help me out too?) I have curated these videos that I think you will love!
This first video is short & sweet but provides great tips & tricks on healthy snacking and it has some ideas that I have not heard before.
The tips on adding seeds to your nut butter is amazing and it gives it that extra crunch for satisfying your cravings ~ I now do this all the time and it is so filling, you need to try this out!
You need to also check out the helpful information backed up by research she provided - some small tweaks to the meals we are already making can make them so much more healthy and nutricious and you wouldn't even notice the change.
Like she does, I always plan my meals each week - if this is something that you don't do, start now! If it's not in your calendar so the time is blocked or you don't have the dinner at the ready in in your kitchen then you are in trouble because you won't end up eating well when the day gets busy or you just get tired. Set up your environment for success.

This next video is for making healthy but satisfying snacks. Since being at home I find myself snacking more and more and I need to find healthy alternatives to satisfy my sweet & salty cravings.
I love that the healthy snacks are fast but also satisfy your hunger or cravings.
The ranch mix is great - I would also use the mix with greek yogurt for veggie dip or with a pita.
I am going to try the chickpea recipe, looks delicious and a super good alternative to my chip cravings.
I love energy balls - they are a great replacement for cookies, they really fill you up and it's easy and super-fast to make on prep day and have in the fridge all week.
Also, I have here are a couple of my personal favorite snacks that I can't live without that I found on Pinterest that are not only delicious but also healthy and easy (fast & easy being the key for me) and can be prepped ahead and used over the next couple of weeks.
