Considering what's going on right now with the worldwide pandemic of the Coronavirus and all of us being sequestered at home, now more than ever some healthy eating tips might be just what we all need. It is so important physically, mentally and emotionally that we try to maintain (or create) a healthy diet and now fall into the order in every day trap.

This first video is short & sweet but provides great tips & tricks and some that I have not heard before.
This next video is for making healthy but satisfying snacks. Since being at home I find myself snacking more and more and I need to find healthy alternatives to satisfy my sweet & salty cravings.
Also here are a couple of my favorite snacks that I use over and over again that I found on Pinterest that are not only delicious but also healthy and easy (fast & easy being the key for me) and can be prepped ahead and used over the next couple of weeks.
1. Healthy Homemade Granola
It turns out crunchy and delicious every single time and with the amount that this recipe makes it lasts for at least 2 weeks in my house. Here is a picture of the end result from my latest batch:
2. Chocolate, Peanut Butter, Banana, Yogurt Pops
On the right hand side you can find my finished product. They are healthy and with the weather getting warmer a great alternate to ice cream.
