Your dream avatar is essentially a detailed roadmap outlining the key characteristics and personality traits that you need to know about your dream customer in order to effectively create your marketing campaign to reach them and generate sales/awareness. By extracting this data and, having it to refer back to, you can effectively build your complete marketing & business strategy.

Now that you have completed step 1 and know who your dream customer is, now you need to develop your dream 100 list. What is this?
It is based on the Chet Holmes Strategy from the Ultimate Selling Machine. Essentially, you don't want to waste your time and money trying to advertise to anyone and everyone and try to filter through the noise to find your dream customers. You want to have a targeted, authentic approach and create raving fans that want and are searching for a product/service like yours and essentially sell your product for you. To achieve this you need to know who are the top 100 influencers or industry leaders in your market/niche. These are the people that already have and are serving your ideal customers as followers/fans and have the ability to drive traffic to you in order to build your audience. So take some time and find for your niche:
These are the people that could make all the difference in getting attention and traffic to your business/brand. For example, what if you had a fashion brand and could get Kim or Kylie Kardashian to endorse and wear one of your products, what would that mean for your sales? It would change everything!
