I know you know that eating is such an important part of our overall well-being and plays such a huge part of our everyday life, face it we need to eat. With that said, what we choose to eat is so important. Considering our lifestyles today where we are juggling our day jobs, parenting, relationships, exercise, self-care, our households and the list goes on; what we eat must fit into our real lives. It must taste good, be quick to prepare and healthy. Here is a collection of some of my favorite recipes and chefs that fit that criteria that you can try.

Jaimie Oliver is always a classic and his recipes are ones that I always come back to again and again. He is is light a refreshing which nice after a long day and is always trying to develop recipes that are simple to get people cooking.
A couple of comments on the recipe:
I am also in love with the Pick up Limes content. Even though I am not vegan I find myself returning to her recipes and they are delicious, they must be considering the massive following she has created.
