We all know that we are what we eat, and so we should eat like we love ourselves.  But with our busy lifestyles, and personal food preferences, it can be tough to make it work consistently. With this in mind I have curated for you:

• Delicious, nutritious, fast & healthy recipes you can prepare that tick all the boxes
• A meal prep video series that literally gives you back time in your life while still keeping your options open for some meal flexibility (You don't want to eat the same meal all week amirite)
• Chef's and channels that you can go back to again and again for more recipes and inspiration

I know you know that eating is such an important part of our overall well-being and plays such a huge part of our everyday life, face it we need to eat.  With that said, what we choose to eat is so important.  Considering our lifestyles today where we are juggling our day jobs, parenting, relationships, exercise, self-care, our households and the list goes on; what we eat must fit into our real lives.  It must taste good, be quick to prepare and healthy.  Here is a collection of some of my favorite recipes and chefs that fit that criteria that you can try. 

Here are some of my notes on the first video collection: 

• I love (and so will you) her prepping concept!  I love to do a healthy meal prep to make the most of my time but eating the same thing over and over again gets old --> her method is refreshing, healthy but also provides different meal options using the same ingredients. Also, since everything is pre-prepped you are so much more likely to eat healthy dinners and snacks (and therefore gernerally eat healthy) and still have more valuable time to spend on the things that matter most to you!
• I love the sweet potato toasts and there are so many variations that you can use - hint, search up sweet potato toast recipes in Pinterest for other great topping ideas. 

Jaimie Oliver is always a classic and his recipes are ones that I always come back to again and again.  He himself is light and refreshing to watch which is nice after a long day and he is always trying to develop recipes that are simple just to get people cooking.  

A couple of comments on the recipe: 

• I have made this, it was super easy and delicious!
• I put a simple salad on the side to round it out.
•  May not have needed the salad as the dish in itself was filling but also healthy. 
• My son loved this healthy dinner recipe.

I am also in love with the Pick up Limes content.  Even though I am not vegan I find myself returning to her recipes because they are delicious and nutricious ~ considering the massive following she has created they are obviously yummy.  

• I have to admit I have not tried all these recipes yet but it is on my list as they look so good and simple.
• The easy ramen noodle recipe seems perfect for a fast and healthy lunch to prep and bring to work and you only need to add hot water. Perfect for the weekday grind.
