There are wonderful people in the world that make it their mission in life to study relationships to tease out the key ingredients for creating connection and a long lasting happy bond.  They have dedicated their whole lives to developing strategies that we can take to make our relationships better.  So I have put together my 5 favorite Ted Talks to strengthen your relationships as a video series for you to binge and apply to your love life. They cover:

​I wanted to share with you some insights on relationships from the people around the world who make it their life mission to study, learn and take away valuable wisdom that we can all put to use in improving our romantic relationships.  It makes sense to follow the advice of those who are actually experts so that we can benefit on what they have learned from years of research without having to invest so much time ourselves through trails and tribulations.  So I have composed a playlist of Ted Talk's, each with key takeaway's that we can easily put into action now to make our relationships stronger and more connected.

  • Don't let things slide, work together on the things that bother you with a positive outlook toward strengthening and building your future together.
  • Be best friends and always show up for each other.
  • Prioritize sex, even when you don't feel like.
